Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition that you received it in. This includes the original, unopened/unwrapped packaging. Gift cards are non refundable.

The shipment cost of returning goods to Wandering Willow NZ is payable by the customer and is non-refundable.

When making your purchase, please choose your item/s carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before purchasing as we will not exchange or refund due to change of mind.

Exchanges

In the extremely unlikely event of the incorrect product being shipped at the fault of Wandering Willow NZ, we will cover the cost of returning the shipment and sending the correct item/s.
